Learn:
Concepts associated with mindfulness and self-compassion.
How to pay attention.
How to develop an intentional practice.
How to incorporate mindfulness into your professional and personal life.

Practice:
Guided and unguided meditations.
Body and sensory awareness.
Tracking thoughts, internal dialogues and personal narratives.

Process:
Try things in a small group setting with an experienced facilitator.
Listen to other people's experiences, share you own ~ if you like.
Practice in-between sessions and bring your questions, observations, etc. to the group.
